September 2026 Product Update: Elation, Zedmed & More
Heli Vora · Founding GTM

September brought two new EHR integrations, expanded endpoints across five systems, and our first on-prem deployment in production.
New EHRs: Elation and Zedmed
Elation is now supported for patients, appointments, documents, insurance, diagnosis codes, and chronic care and remote patient monitoring workflows.
Zedmed is now supported for reading patients, appointments, referrals, clinics, providers, and availability.
Deeper EHR and payer portal support
Athenahealth: treatment plan creation
eClinicalWorks: progress notes as organized sections, referrals, and drug screening
EZDERM: pharmacy eRx and custom reports, plus batch patient lookup by MRN
Netsmart: patient episodes and a weekly appointment view
UnitedHealthcare: member cost estimates and a more reliable sign-in flow
For eClinicalWorks implementation details, see our eClinicalWorks write-access guide.
For dermatology integrations, see where EZDERM fits in our dermatology EHR guide.
On-prem is now in production
Our on-premise deployment is now live for a customer, with capabilities comparable to our cloud offering, including monitoring and alerting.
What this means for teams building in healthcare
EHR and payer portal coverage is rarely one integration problem. The systems, workflows, and access requirements change with each customer.
We give healthtech teams APIs for the EHRs and payer portals they need, including read and write workflows, without having to build and maintain each connection themselves.
If you are comparing ways to cover multiple EHRs and payer workflows, see our guide to API platforms for EHRs and payers.
